At PlayQuizPop (an AllInPlus network product), we believe that learning and playing should not come at the cost of your privacy. Our platform is designed to function with absolute minimal data collection.

1. Game-Specific Information We Collect

Because PlayQuizPop does not require user accounts, we collect very little personal information.

• Hosts: When you host a game, you upload a CSV file containing your trivia questions. This file is temporarily parsed and stored in our secure database to facilitate the live game session.
• Players: When joining a game, players provide a "Nickname". We encourage the use of fun, non-identifiable nicknames. We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers from players.

2. Data Retention and Deletion (Transient Data)

We are committed to data minimization.

• Session Data: Once a host officially ends a game session, the associated game room, uploaded questions, player nicknames, and scores are immediately purged from our active database.
• Automated Cleanup: If a session is abandoned without being formally closed, our automated systems will routinely purge inactive room data. We do not retain historical game data or player profiles.

3. Age Requirement and Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our service requires users to be at least 13 years of age. PlayQuizPop is frequently used in educational settings. Because we do not require accounts or collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) beyond a self-selected transient nickname, our core platform design inherently minimizes risks. We advise teachers and hosts to instruct students to use pseudonyms rather than their real full names to ensure absolute privacy.
