Welcome to PlayQuizPop, a product of the AllInPlus network. By accessing our website and using our live quiz platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Master Terms of Service Notice: As a product within the AllInPlus ecosystem, your overarching legal agreement—including jurisdiction, limitation of liability, and general user conduct—is governed by the AllInPlus Master Terms of Service.
The clauses below represent product-specific addendums outlining acceptable use specifically for the PlayQuizPop platform.
1. Game-Specific Acceptable Use and Host Responsibility
PlayQuizPop allows hosts to upload custom trivia questions via CSV files. As a host, you are solely responsible for the content you upload and display to your audience. You agree not to upload content that is:
- Illegal, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
- Explicitly adult or obscene.
- In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright or trademark infringement).
While we do not actively pre-screen uploaded questions, we reserve the right to terminate any active game session or block access to our services if we determine that these terms are being violated.
2. Transient Data and No Account Guarantee
Our service is provided on a transient, no-account basis. You acknowledge that if you lose your Game PIN or accidentally close your host session, we cannot recover your live game state or uploaded questions.
